Isabel Gutiérrez is passionate about finding ways to include transrational peace research in the arena of public policy. She organized with other fellow Mexican alumni of the MA Program in Peace Studies at the University of Innsbruck the Peace Encounter 2016 that was held in Mexico City. Isabel lives in Mexico. Her thesis was supervised by Dr. Josefina Echavarría.
