JESSICA HAWKINS is living in Canada where she is a mother to a two-year old and four-year-old, who teach her the true meaning of transrational peace, and help her to hone her skills in elicitive conflict transformation. In her spare time, she works as a conflict coach, mediator and facilitator with the hopes of transforming conflict in a peace-focused way.
The peace-focused approach outlined in this article is part of a larger project that Jessica explores in her Master’s Thesis, ‘A Call for Missing Peaces: Making peace visible in elicitive conflict transformation’.
