Kurt Gritsch

Kurt Gritsch

Kurt Gritsch was born in 1976 and is a graduated historian (Dr. phil.) and conflict researcher. His research focuses are contemporary history, conflict research, and the history of media and reception. He is the author of two books about the wars in former Yugoslavia and has published more than 50 articles in anthologies, journals and magazines, mostly about the conflicts in Ex-Yugoslavia, about the Arab Spring and the conflict in Ukraine. He teaches History and German at a grammar school in Graubünden (CH). Between 2014 and 2017 he has been a project employee for the research of migration history in South Tyrol at the Institute of Contemporary History at Innsbruck University (A).
