Samar has a promiscuous love affair with music, is enamored with dance and is a curious investigator of freedom of expression. As a certified 5Rhythms teacher, she runs a range of workshops and classes to be more curious towards ourselves, creating openness to our uniqueness and offering permission to embrace the magic in daily life. Each week, Samar offers two spaces for people to gather on the dance floor and as a community around the themes of 5Rhythms titled: x-dance: A weekly class which is a call to discover, express and release whatever movements or feelings are present. An invitation to step into the present moment, one breath and one beat at a time. A unique 5Rhythms wave of eclectic musical beats supports you into your raw expression, ranging from Electronic to House, Drum’n’Bass to Funk, Hip Hop to Jazz. KIX: KIX is a special and unique format to investigate all forms of addiction – big or small. Using a combination of sharing, 5Rhythms dance and other expressions such as drawing, we explore different themes and tools to heal from addiction and compulsions
